Why it's separate

4HF was tuned for hour eight.

The flagship blend backs the carb rate down to a number the gut can take across a full day. Redline does the opposite — it pushes the carbs to the upper end of what dual-transport absorption can carry, flavored bright enough to keep wanting it under hard breathing.

We use Redline at the start of expedition races (first 4 hours, while we're burning fast) and on every interval block in training. We don't recommend it past about 10 hours — at that point, the flagship 4HF is the right tool.
